MTB Marine Return Policy
- Return Request Period: All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
- Return Authorization (RMA): Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from MTB Marine before returning any product. Please note that receiving an RMA number does not guarantee acceptance of the returned item or issuance of credit. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
- Return Timeline: All returns must be received by MTB Marine within 14 days from the date the RMA is issued.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom-built items, special orders, and cut-to-size products are non-refundable.
- Condition of Non-Warranty Returns: For non-warranty returns, items must be in “like-new” and saleable condition. Products showing any cosmetic or functional damage—including installation damage or surface scratches—will not be credited.
- Refund Details: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping costs are non-refundable. A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns.
- Return Inspection and Notification: Upon receiving the returned product, MTB Marine will inspect it and notify the customer of the decision within 10 business days. If a credit is not issued, customers may choose to have the item shipped back at their own expense or disposed of.
- Credit Memo Validity: All issued credit memos expire one year from the date of issuance.
