C.E. Smith Spare Tire Carrier w-Lug Nuts – 12″

Specially shaped 7/16″ U-Bolt fits under trailer tongues up to 3″ wide to secure a spare tire securely on top of the tongue. For all 4 and 5 lug spare wheels from 8″ to 14″ and most 15″ wheels.
